Forsys Metals has with its financial advisor, Morgan Stanley, completed a comprehensive review of potential strategic and financial alternatives for the company to maximize shareholder value from its Valencia Uranium Project, in Namibia.
Forsys said it had also completed its review and invited a select group of interested parties to submit proposals on funding of its key uranium project.
It said the proposals may range from project funding, acquiring a stake in the project to an outright purchase of the company.
