Ivan Demyanov was born on June 5, 1942 in the Village of Ilovka of the Alexeevsky District in the Belgorod Region. In 1982, he graduated from the Khabarovsk Higher Party School.

1976 - 1980 – Secretary of the Communist Party Committee at the Almazdortrans Motor Transport Park.
1980 - 1982 – Secretary of the Communist Party Committee at the Mirny Mine.
Since 1995 up to now - ALROSA’s Vice President.
Ivan Demyanov is a member of the Supervisory Board of ALROSA Co. Ltd.
Ivan Demyanov has been decorated with the Order of Friendship (2007).
He is an Honorary Citizen of Mirny and Honorary Citizen of the Republic of Sakha.
Victor Dyomin
Victor Dyomin currently holds the position of the Vice President of ALROSA Co. Ltd. and supervises the company’s interaction with government agencies, as well as some issues of the social policy of the company.
Victor Dyomin was born in 1948 in the City of Samarkand of the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic.
In 1972, he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Fine Mechanics and Optics, and in 1978, from the Red Banner KGB Institute under the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
He spent more than 30 years in military service and holds the rank of Lieutenant General.

2005 – Deputy Chief of the Federal Guard Service (FGS) of the Russian Federation, Head of the Operational and Technical Department of the Service.
2005 - 2008 – Head of the Administrative Service of the FGS of the Russian Federation.

Yuri Doinikov
Yuri Doinikov currently holds the position of the First Vice President – Executive Director of ALROSA Co. Ltd.
Yuri Doinikov was born on September 27, 1955 in the Town of Dymok of the Nyurbinsky District in the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
He started his labour activity relatively early - from 1972 he worked as a fitter’s apprentice, then as a motor electrician at the Aikhal placer of the Udachny Mine. After the military service he returned to the mine and became shovel runner assistant at the Udachny Open-Cast Mine.
In 1981, he graduated from the Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute majoring in ‘Technology and Comprehensive Mechanization of Open Mineral Deposits’. Qualification: mining engineer. Later on he graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation majoring in ‘Economy Management’.
In 1982 to 1986 he worked as an explosive boring site overman, blasting operations supervisor, overman of an allotment at the Udachny Open-Cast Mine being part of the Udachny Integrated Mining and Processing Complex of Yakutalmaz Association.
Since 1986 he held the positions of Chief Engineer, head of the Capital Mining Operations Department of the Aikhal Building and Assembly Group, Head of the Yubileiny Open-Cast Mine of the Aikhal Integrated Mining and Processing Complex of ALROSA Co. Ltd., Deputy Director (Production) of the Aikhal Integrated Mining and Processing Complex.
In February 2000 he was appointed Director of the Aikhal Integrated Mining and Processing Complex.
Since 2002 - Director of the Mirny Integrated Mining and Processing Complex.
Since March 1, 2007 – First Vice-President – Executive Director of ALROSA Co. Ltd.
Member of the State Assembly (Il Tumen) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
Honored Miner of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), in 2006 Yuri Doinikov was awarded the Russian Federation Government Prize in the field of science and technology for development and implementation of nontraditional high-performance methods in developing diamond deposits of Yakutia.
Alexander Yefimov
Chief Engineer of ALROSA
Alexander Yefimov was born on 27 April, 1956. In 1978 has graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Nonferrous Metals majoring in Technology and Comprehensive Mechanization of Underground Mining of Mineral Deposits.
1978 - 1993 - shaftman, miner, overman, deputy chief, chief of an underground mining site, Deputy Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer, Deputy Director (Capital Construction) at the Oktyabrskiy, Komsomolskiy, Taimyrskiy Mines of the Norilsk Mining and Metallurgical Company.
1993 - 1997 - Chief Engineer of the Skalisty Underground Mine of the Norilsk Mining and Metallurgical Company.
1997 - 1998 - Director of the Skalisty Underground Mine of the Norilsk Mining and Metallurgical Company.
1998 - 1999 - Chief Engineer of the Norilskshakhtstroi Group.
1999 - 2006 – CEO of the Norilskshakhtstroi Group of the Transpolar Branch of OAO Norilsk Nickel MMC.
2006 - 2007 - Deputy General Director (in charge of construction of raw material supply facilities) - director of Norilskshakhtstroi Group of OOO Transpolar Construction Company.
Alexander Yefimov holds a PhD in Engineering and is awarded the Order of Service to the Motherland, II degree.
Vasily Grabtsevitch
Vasily Borisovitch Grabtsevitch currently holds the position of ALROSA’s Vice-President.
Vasily Grabtsevitch is charged with supervision of interaction of AK ALROSA with governmental authorities of Russia and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) as well as oversee licensing activity of AK ALROSA.
Vasily Grabtsevitch was born on May 9, 1950 in the Village of Nedoyka of Buda-Koshelevsky District of the Gomel Region. In 1972 he graduated from the Tomsk Construction Engineering Institute having got qualification as civil engineer. In 1998 he graduated from the Academy of national economy under the Government of Russian Federation as Manager of highest category.
Professional experience:
1976 – 1998 – started his career at Viliuygesstroy division of Yakutalmaz as senior engineer, transferred to the chief of technical inspection, worked as the senior engineer at construction department of Viliuygesstroy, deputy head of construction department of Mirnyenergopromstroy, deputy manager, senior engineer of Mirninsky construction-erection group of Department of capital construction AK ALROSA. In 1986 – 1990 he was involved in energy objects construction in Cuba Republic.
1998 – 2002 – held the position of First Deputy Head of Administration of Mirninsky District of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
2002 - 2007 - worked as Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
2007 - 2009 - served as the First Deputy Chairman at the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
Yuri Ionov
Vice President of ALROSA Co. Ltd.
Yuri Ionov was born on May 5, 1950 in the Town of Balashikha of the Moscow Region.
In 1977, he graduated from the Moscow Management Institute as engineer-economist.
Since 1977 he served in state security agencies of the USSR and afterwards, of the Russian Federation. He was in charge of economic security matters.
From 1997 till 2001 he was an adviser to the President of Sberbank of Russia.
From 2001— adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation in the Administration of the Government of the Russian Federation.
Since 1 September, 2003 he is ALROSA’s Vice-President entrusted with economic security and legal support of the Company’s business.
Member of the Board of Commercial Bank «MAK-Bank» LLC.
Yuri Ionov is married, and has a son and a daughter.
Galina Klimenko
Galina Klimenko currently holds the position of ALROSA’s Vice President.
She is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute for International Relations (MGIMO) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (Faculty of International Economical Relations), and obtained an ÌÂÀ degree at the DePaul University, Chicago, USA.
She also holds a degree of a Chartered Financial Manager (CFM) of the Institute of Managerial Accounting, USA.
Galina Klimenko worked in the Governmental Commission for Foreign Debt and Foreign Assets of the Russian Federation, in the International Monetary Fund, and Credit Agricole Indosuez.
From 2001 till 2007 – adviser, senior investments adviser with the International Financial Corporation (IFC).
On May 18, 2007 G.Klimenko was appointed Vice President of ALROSA Co. Ltd. and has been supervising ALROSA’s corporative development matters and the company’s projects in Africa.
Galina Klimenko is a member of the Board of Commercial Bank ÌÀÊ-Bank LLC.
Igor Kulichik
Igor Kulichik currently holds the position of ALROSA’s Vice-President and Financial Director.
Igor Kulichik was born on April 5, 1967 in Brest. He graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute named after S. Ordzhonikidze with a diploma of Mechanical Engineer (1990), and from the Air Force Engineering Academy named after N. Zhukovsky (1992) with a diploma of Engineer-Mathematician.

1992 - Junior Research Assistant, the Civil Defense Institute under the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation.
1992-1996 – Economist, Interbank Payments Department; Head, Bank Resources Division; Head, Treasury; Deputy CEO, Tveruniversalbank.

Yuri Okoyomov
Yuri Okoyomov currently holds the position of ALROSA’s Vice-President.
Yuri Okoyomov was born on the 1st of January 1962 in the Village of Kazachye of the Verkhoyansk Region in the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. In 1979, he graduated from the Physical and Mathematical School located in the Verkhnevilyuisk Township of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
In 1985, Yuri Okoyomov graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys with a degree in Physics of Metals. In 1996, he got a diploma of Top Grade Manager at the Academy of National Economy under the Russian Federation Government.

Anatoly Popov
Anatoly Popov currently holds the position of the Vice-President of ALROSA Co. Ltd.
Anatoly Popov was born on March 21, 1947 in the town of Orto-Nakhara of the Lensky District of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. He graduated from the Geological Survey Faculty of the Yakutsk State University majoring in Underground Mining of Mineral Deposits, and then from the Khabarovsk Higher Party School.

1972 – 1983 - jigger of Concentration Plant No. 8 of the Aikhal Integrated Mining and Processing Complex, concentration shop manager, chief of Concentration Plant No. 11 of the Udachny Integrated Mining and Processing Complex of the Yakutalmaz Association.

Valentina Potrubeiko
Valentina Potrubeiko holds the office of the Vice President of ALROSA Co. Ltd.
Valentina Potrubeiko was born on April 2, 1961, in the village of Staraya Bryan of the Zaigrayevsky District of the Buryat Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
She started her labour activity in 1978 as a mica inspector of Workshop No.4 of the Irkutsksluda Production Association.
In 1984 she graduated from the Irkutsk Institute of National Economy majoring in Labour Economics and then worked in the Far North as a labour and wages engineer with the Verkhne-Indigirskaya Geological Exploration Expedition being part of the Yakutskgeologiya Production Geological Enterprise. In 1987 she was appointed Chief of the Labor and Wages Section of the Amakinskaya Geological Exploration Expedition. After the merger of the Amakinskaya and Aikhalskaya Geological Exploration Expeditions Valentina Potrubeiko worked as Chief of the Planning and Forecasting Section.
In 1994 she became Deputy Head (Economy and Finance) of the Aikhalskaya Expedition of Production and Scientific Association Yakutalmaz.

In 2000 she graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation majoring in Banking.

Sergey Pushkin at present holds the position of Vice-President at AK ALROSA.
Mr. Sergey N. Pushkin was born in 1967.
He is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Aerodynamics & Flying Engineering Department) (graduation year 1990), and of the N. Zhukovsky Air Force Engineering Academy (Aircraft and Engines Department) (graduation year 1992).

Vladimir Tkachenko has been Vice President of ALROSA Co. Ltd. since July 1, 2008.
Vladimir Tkachenko was born on January 1, 1956 in the Town of Oulyanovka of the Bogodoukhovsky District of the Kharkov Region.
In 1980 he graduated from the Odessa Technical School of Metrology; in 1987, from the Moscow Plekhanov Institute of National Economy obtaining a qualification of Process Engineer, and in 2002, from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (‘Business Economics and Business Management’).
From 1980 till 1993 he held various positions – from prospecting shaft miner up to the head of a mechanical repair shop – in the Yakutsk Geological Survey Department.
1993 - 1997 – Head of the Auxiliary Production & Procurement Department of the Aikhalsky Building and Erection Group incorporated by ALROSA Co. Ltd.
1997 - 2002 - Head of the Mirny Division of the Procurement Department of ALROSA Co. Ltd., Deputy Director of the Procurement Department of ALROSA Co. Ltd.
2002 - 2007 - Director of the Procurement Department of ALROSA Co. Ltd.

Sergey Oulin
Sergey Oulin is Vice President of ALROSA Co. Ltd.
Sergey Oulin was born in Moscow in 1950. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Sergey Oulin holds a doctorate in history and is an expert on world economics and international relations.
1990 to 1992 - Deputy Head of the State Repository of the Russian Federation under the Ministry of Finance of the USSR, and afterwards, of the Precious Metals and Precious Stones Committee under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
March 1992 to December 1992 — Deputy Director of the Yakutalmaz Industrial and Coordination Center in Moscow.
1993 to 1995 — Director of Almazy Rossii Sakha.
